1. Dispatch Timeline
All gift hampers are exclusively designed to complement our personalized song deliveries.
•Dispatch Date: Hampers are dispatched on the 5th (fifth) calendar day following the completion of the final approved song.
•This timeline allows for necessary coordination with our vendor partners and ensures proper handling, preparation, and packaging.
Please note: The completion of the song refers to the final version being delivered and accepted by the client.
2. Vendor-Based Fulfillment & Shipping Liability
Muzik Bazar works with carefully chosen third-party vendors and courier services for the packaging and delivery of hampers.
•While we ensure timely dispatch, Muzik Bazar is not liable for any delay in delivery once the package has been handed over to the vendor or courier service.
•All deliveries are made under the terms and timelines governed by the respective courier partners.
•Muzik Bazar shall not be held responsible for any external factors such as courier delays, weather disruptions, operational failures, or recipient unavailability.
3. Packaging and Condition of Hampers
Each hamper is assembled and packed with care by our partnered vendors. However, due to the nature of third-party shipping:
•Muzik Bazar is not responsible for any wear, tear, or minor damage to the packaging or gift box that may occur in transit.
•This includes dents, scratches, or surface imperfections on the outer box.
•Such cosmetic concerns will not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or replacements, provided the contents of the hamper remain intact and functional.
4. Tracking & Delivery Communication
To maintain a seamless and standardized process:
•No live tracking or shipment updates will be provided to the customer.
•Customers will be notified once their hamper has been dispatched from our end. After dispatch, the delivery is managed independently by the vendor or courier service.
We kindly request customers to allow adequate time for delivery, keeping in mind potential courier lead times.
5. Delivery Address & Recipient Responsibility
To facilitate successful delivery:
•It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information at the time of order placement.
•Muzik Bazar is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by:
•Incorrect or incomplete addresses
•Unreachable phone numbers
•Recipient unavailability at the time of delivery
In the event of a failed delivery, any additional re-attempts or re-shipments may incur extra charges.

Currently, Muzik Bazar ships hampers across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
